Here at Pelham Bay AG we view worship as both a joy and a responsibility of the believer. Worship shouldn't transcend just the music on a Sunday morning, and instead be a part of our every day life in the Lord. Our worship services vary from traditional church music, to some of the favorite choruses of the church, to the contemporary worship and praise of today's artist. There is something here for everyone to worship God to!
Our Youth Group meets every 2nd & 4th Friday of the month, It is a great place for students to have a time of worship and teaching. Students have the chance to participate in interactive lessons and discuss any questions that they may have about the Word of God. There are also some exciting games and activities to keep the Youth having fun while learning from the Bible. Students are challenged to grow in their faith and reach out to others by setting the example.
Through the efforts of our Children's Ministry leaders, Children's church is held every Sunday morning after worship service. In addition to weekly lessons, Children's Church has provided Vacation Bible School, an educational and exciting week long summer program. With this, Pelham Bay Assembly is able to reach out to the children of the congregation and community in an effort to teach the basic gospel message of salvation and how to live that message in their daily lives.
Our Young Adult Group meets every 2nd Sunday of the month at 6:00pm. This group is an essential part of our church, as they provide a place where deeper fellowship and better support for one another can take place. Considering that the early church worshipped in large settings in the synagogues, as well as in homes, we unite together similarly in order to be in deeper fellowship with God and one another. God has reconciled us not only to Himself but also to each other. This "each other" is called His Church.
Every woman desires friends who will walk with her through life’s joys and sorrows, We are ready to join you on that journey. The Women's Ministry meets every 2nd Saturday of the month. Our Bible studies, fellowships, support groups, and service projects will help you develop a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, and with the other women of our fellowship
The Men’s Ministry meets once on the 4th Saturday of the month at 9:00AM for breakfast, fellowship, worship and topical teaching discussion. The purpose of the Men’s Ministry is to help men build an intimate personal relationship with God through Messiah and with each other through prayer, Bible study, and fellowship.
